Job Description

We have a requirement for a Scheduling Administrator to work within a busy Project Management department

  • Location: Northwich
  • Job title: Scheduling Administrator
  • Start Date: ASAP 
  • End Date: Initially until the end of April but it may lead to a permanent role as they are recruiting on a perm basis (£16,000 perm). 
  • Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) – Flexibility to work 8:30 – 5 or 9:30 – 6 would be ideal)
  • Pay rate: £8.00 per hour (£8.97 incl. of holiday pay)
  • Dress Code: Mon to Thur is smart/casual, Fridays is “dress down day” 


  • Monitoring the inbox 
  • Identifying job requests, coordinating the relevant engineers and booking the job
  • Monitoring Excel spreadsheets to track job information – the information from this spreadsheet is then used to create the invoices to the Clients
  • The engineers are at varying levels – the bespoke system will allow you to see this
  • The bespoke system has internal links to the engineers diaries so you can co-ordinate


  • Previous scheduling experience is ideal but not essential
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Previous diary management experience
  • A self-starter with logical thinking
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Working with the Manager and 2 colleagues
