We are genuinely excited to be looking for Business Development Executives for our Grimsby-based client. Why are we excited? Well, this is not quite like any other sales job you’ve seen before…

Think sales is all about low pay, commission that never materialises and a horrible working environment? Not in this business – a decent basic, high uncapped (and achievable) commission and being treated like an actual person is the norm! To put into context how good the commission is here, taking home an extra £2k A MONTH on top of your wage is considered low!

So what’s the job?

You’ll be generating appointments for the field sales team from both cold and warm leads. Working as part of a team of 20, you’ll be working to set targets and making around 200 calls a day from a dialler system. As a strong communicator you’ll be using your confidence and sales skills to convert leads.

What are we looking for?

Hunger! People who are motivated and hungry to earn money do really well in this job. You must thrive on targets and get a buzz from this kind of environment. Reliability, honesty, resilience and good time keeping are all important too. Some experience in a sales or customer service job is all you need!

What will you get?

  • £17,500 basic starting salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Various ongoing incentives including increased commission and competitions (i.e. a recent prize was a trip for 2 to New York City!)

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday with an early Friday finish (plus optional overtime at time and a half)
