Are you looking for a varied Customer Service role in a growing business? Are you looking for something outside of the normal 9 to 5 working hours?

Our Congleton-based client is looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team. This is a part time role with flexible working hours to possibly include evenings, nights and weekends. There are opportunities for people looking for a wide range of working hours, so please outline your requirements when you apply

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responding to enquiries from customers via telephone, email and social media. You will be speaking to both new and existing customers to resolve queries, handle complaints and provide information.

Experience in a similar role is not essential but you MUST display excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable talking on the phone for a large part of your working day. If you’ve also got enthusiasm, common sense and a good work ethic as well as flexibility this could be the perfect job for you!

As this is a new start-up company there will be genuine opportunities to progress as the business grows in all areas.
