Job Description

Within this role you will be working shift patterns on a 40 hour week to include weekends.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to customers in need. You’ll quickly diagnose product and customer issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience, empathy, and offering solutions to quickly get their customers up and running again.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong Communication
  • Confidence when talking to clients about products and services
  • Strong computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • Contact centre experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Commitment to provide the best service possible.
