Are you looking for a varied Customer Service role in a growing business that offers hours outside of the usual 9 to 5? 

Our Congleton-based client is looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team. We’ve already placed 2 people in similar roles with this company over the past few months, who are both loving their new jobs so far!

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responding to enquiries from customers via telephone, email and social media. You will be speaking to both new and existing customers to resolve queries, handle complaints and provide information. You’ll also be assisting in general office admin and invoicing tasks.

Experience in a similar role is not essential but you MUST display excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable talking on the phone for a large part of your day. If you’ve also got enthusiasm, common sense and a good work ethic as well as flexibility this could be the perfect job for you!

Working hours will be mainly evenings, nights and weekends on a 4 week rotation. More information available during the shortlisting process. 

As this is a new start-up company there will be genuine opportunities to progress as the business grows in all areas.
