Job Description

Are you looking for a varied Customer Service role in a growing business? Are you looking for something outside of the normal “9 to 5” working hours?

Our Congleton-based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is a full time role with working hours mainly nights, evenings and weekends (average 35-39 hours per week, 3 week rotation)

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responding to enquiries from customers via telephone, email and social media. You will be speaking to both new and existing customers to resolve queries, handle complaints and provide information.

Experience in a similar role is not essential but you MUST display excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable talking on the phone for a large part of your working day. If you’ve also got enthusiasm, common sense and a good work ethic as well as flexibility this could be the perfect job for you!

Example of shift pattern:

Week 1
Tuesday 3pm to 2am
Friday 10pm to 3am
Saturday 6pm to 3am
Sunday 3pm to 10pm

Week 2
Monday 3pm to 2am
Wednesday 12pm to 10pm
Thursday 3pm to 10pm

5 day gap

Week 3
Wednesday 10pm to 2am
Thursday 10pm to 2am
Friday 12pm to 10pm
Saturday 8am to 6pm
Sunday 9am to 5pm
