Job Description

Our client, a family-run business in Macclesfield are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

The responsibilities of the role of Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Processing orders.
  • Liaising with customers via email and telephone.
  • Arranging and amending deliveries.
  • Updating dispatch records.
  • Sending out samples.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Invoicing customers.

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience within a similar position.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
