Job Description

We’re pleased to be recruiting for another Administrator for our client in Macclesfield. We recently placed a temp with this well-established company – the temp has done so well the client wants another!

The role of Administrator is a 6 month temporary assignment, working full time hours. 

As the Administrator you’ll be supporting one of the teams with all administrative tasks. Your duties will be varied and will include:

  • Checking and processing data
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR
  • Coordinating various documentation as required
  • Raising cases for internal teams
  • Coordinating reports
  • Processing invoices and raising orders

You’ll need to be an experienced Administrator who is available to commit for the full 6 months. You’ll also have:

  • Strong IT/Computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong initiative and the ability to manage your own workload
