Excellent support and training

Our Senior Consultants are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, therefore acting as mentors for trainee Consultants. On-the-job training may be supplemented with an external study course with industry recognised qualifications, providing personal growth and career development. 

Excellent benefits

Commission structure at COS is uncapped and most successful Consultants will earn an additional £12,000 – £24,000 a year, on top of their very competitive salary.

We provide an occupational pension scheme, private health care and health insurance and a pool car for business use. Holidays rise to 28 days a year (including our Xmas shut-down period), with an additional 2 days awarded for attendance/non-sickness, plus the usual bank/public holidays.  

We really appreciate our staff. Motivation often comes in the form of pizza lunches, cup cake Fridays, the occasional bottle of bubbly as well as other small incentives. We also encourage our staff to get involved in the local community, with our ‘day a month’ volunteer scheme and successful Xmas Toy Appeal just the start…!

A fantastic, flexible environment

Our office is quirky, warm and welcoming and as a result is an extremely happy and vibrant place to work. We work as a supportive team and not as cellular individuals. It is definitely a high pressure / performance environment, with different characters and personalities, but always helpful, friendly and respectful. We are family-friendly and whilst we are open 9 – 5.30, we encourage working hours for our Consultants that fit their own personal commitments, provided we ensure sufficient cover during core hours.
