At COS we work hard at finding you the right role – regularly talking to local employers to keep up to date with their recruitment plans and marketing your skills, experience, achievements and personal attributes wherever suitable.
Once we’ve identified the right role and secured you an interview we don’t just leave things to chance - you’ll be asked to attend a pre-interview briefing with our Consultant and we’ll give you very detailed information about the job role, duties and responsibilities, the culture/brand of the organisation and the team you’ll be working with. We’ll talk you through the process, tell you who will be conducting the interview, what they’re looking for and the types of questions you’ll be asked. We’ll help you plan your response, decide on the best questions to ask, let you know whether any tests will be given and what format they will take and give you tips to reduce any interview nerves.
We know our clients well and know exactly what they’re looking for so each briefing is different, extremely important and is designed to give you the best possible chance of securing the position.
We’ll also be honest with you and pass on any constructive feedback received from our clients to help you with future interviews.
