| Office based role in Macclesfield providing 5 star customer service and processing enquirys into sales. Telephone sales skills are required to generate consumer purchases from enquiries received from the online internet store. Answering any technical queries customers may have on the products, (working from a crib folder of previous technical solutions and a FAQ's system on the database where by previous enquiries can be accessed.), problem solving and dealing with complaints). On average - receiving and dealing with approx 20 / 30 calls per day, but also following up possible sales leads from initial enquiries. Full product training will be given.
