The purpose of your role will be to review and advise upon customers general insurance requirements whilst proactively maximising sales, by identifying and initiating cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers. You will be expected to plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives across all business and product areas to develop and sustain effective working relationships to consistently translate potential into revenue. You will need to Possess good IT skills as well as sales and customer service experience. Effective communication, ability to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement and have a flexibility attitude are all attributes this company are looking for. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment. A background in Insurance would be an advantage.
