I was incredibly impressed by the level of help, service and advice I received from C.O.S. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and the staff there were always polite and helpful. I couldn't believe it when they offered me training (FREE!!) in any packages that I needed to brush up on. I have since learned how to use PowerPoint, which has enabled me to get the job I wanted! Having recently moved to the area I am pleased to say that it has been my good fortune to register with COS. The interview was conducted in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner and I immediately felt at ease. Within a week my Consultant had found me work, with which I was very impressed. Everything is made so easy for the temporary worker. There is ample time to get your timesheet in and payment weekly into your bank account is very helpful and, of course, there is always someone at the end of the telephone if you are having a bad day! My Consultant tries her best to find the right sort of assignment for me and even though I have been placed on an assignment that may last for a few weeks, she is still in contact every week updating me on the latest jobs that may interest me and generally checking that everything is alright. I would have no hesitation in recommending COS.
